These no-bake protein bars come together in minutes with pantry staples like oats, nut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder. Naturally sweetened and loaded with nutrients, they’re soft, chewy, and totally customizable—add chocolate chips, dried fruit, seeds, or whatever you love most. Perfect for meal prep and easy to store in the fridge or freezer, they make the ideal anytime snack, post-workout bite, or even a healthy dessert.

  1. Mix Ingredients

    In a medium size bowl mix protein powder, vanilla, olive oil, flaxseed meal, and maple syrup. Set aside. 

  1. Add Almond Butter

    In a separate small bowl add your Almon Butter. Microwave until soft in 30 second intervals. Once melted mix everything together. 

  1. Pour In Dish

    Grease an 8x8 baking dish. Pour mixture into dish. Use a spatula to flatten and smooth out. 

  1. Melt Chocolate

    In another small bowl melt your chocolate. Microwave in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Pour over protein mixture. 

  1. Refrigerate

    Refrigerate protein bars for 2-3 hours to harden or overnight. 

  1. Cut and Serve

    Cut into squares. Keep frozen or refrigerated.
