Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375 F and lightly grease 8x8 baking dish.

Make the Topping
Melt the butter. Combine flour, sugar, and brown sugar until crumbs form in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, whole milk, buttermilk, beaten egg and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until batter forms. Wash and dry fresh blueberries. Fold them into the batter. Do not over mix!

Pour batter into greased 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle crumble toping over batter.
