  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F.

     
     
  1. Prep Your Seeds

    Separate your pumpkin seeds from the guts of the pumpkin. Rince the seeds off removing any last bits of pumpkin flesh (this takes forever but it's worth it in the end.)

  1. Soak Your Seeds

    I know you're going to want to skip this step, but it's really vital for crunchy seeds! Soak for 2 hours in a bowl of cold water. 

  1. Boil Your Seeds

    Gently boil your seeds in a pot of water with a dash of salt for 10 min.

  1. Now Bake Them

    Lay your seeds on a flat baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt. Mix your seeds to make sure each seed is completely covered. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until crunchy. 

  1. Keeping Your Seeds

    Store your seeds in an air tight container on your counter for up to 1-2 weeks.
