Spinach Basil Pasta

Description

A fresh, flavorful twist on classic pesto! This easy pasta blends spinach, basil, garlic, Parmesan, and olive oil into a creamy, dreamy sauce that clings perfectly to your favorite noodles. Ready in under 30 minutes—perfect for busy nights when you want something homemade and satisfying.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pesto

In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh basil, spinach, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse a few times to start breaking everything down into a cream.

  1. Boil Your Pasta

Boil 16 oz of your favorite pasta. Bowties (aka farfalle) are my go-to, but feel free to use any variety of short pasta you love!

  1. Combine Pasta and Sauce

The magic happens in one bowl. Once your pasta is cooked, drain it and toss it right away with the sauce from the blender. That’s it—you’re done! Dinner = served.
